Claim Form Login

To qualify for a Settlement payment, you must complete a Claim Form submitted online or postmarked on or before September 25, 2026.

To start your online claim, you can find your LoginID and PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID and PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@RREPOASettlement.com or (833) 421-7299. Please request your LoginID and PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

If your address or contact information changes, you must update the Settlement Administrator as soon as possible to ensure you receive your payment by email at info@RREPOASettlement.com or (833) 421-7299.

All Claims are subject to a verification process.
